Belvedere Castle
Belvedere Castle is situated in the south part of Central Park, and is not only a historical building but also an information centre for the wildlife in the park. When I was there the first time there were two turtles in a terrarium and you could read the stories about them, that they had been found in the park and been taken care of. The second time I was there these turtles had been let out in the pond just north of the castle, which name is just Turtle Pond. Here are some facts about the castle.

Here is the tower with a balcony in front of it.
And here is the castle viewed from the east side.
Viewed from the north, with Turtle Pond in front of the castle, and houses with adress Central Park West in the background.
